The Rising Star Newcomers Ball circuit includes competitions designed for students and teachers who want to compete just for the fun of it, or are working towards a higher level of dancing.  Rising Star competitions are throughout the year, and end at the prestigous Newcomers Ball Showcase Spectacular held at the Hotlanta Dance Challenge in October.
